The enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s zoning code to allow lots designated “C-4” Commercial in the area bounded by Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Vine Street, Water Street, and Summer Street to have buildings with a gross floor area of up to 700% of the lot’s area.
Amending Section 14-305 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "'C-4' Commercial and 'C-5' Commercial Districts," by increasing the permitted floor area of lots designated "C-4" in an area of land bounded by Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Vine Street, Water Street and Summer Street.
