This lapsed bill would have required the Department of Licenses and Inspections to refuse or revoke a business privilege license for a person operating a business without a required license, including certain licenses required by federal or Pennsylvania law.
Amending Section 19-2602 of The Philadelphia Code relating to Licenses to provide that the Department of Licenses and Inspections shall refrain from issuing or shall revoke the business privilege license of any person who operates any business without the requisite license, all under certain terms and conditions.
