This enacted bill changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain areas bounded by the Montgomery County Line, Pine Road, Bloomfield Avenue, Verree Road, and Red Lion Road.
To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by the Montgomery County Line, Pine Road, Bloomfield Avenue, Verree Road and Red Lion Road.

This enacted bill authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer the City-owned property at 8011 Frankford Avenue, including its buildings and improvements, to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for a nominal amount.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, for nominal consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to a certain tract of City-owned land with buildings and improvements thereon, situate 8011 Frankford Avenue in the City of Philadelphia, for further conveyance at fair market value.

The adopted resolution authorized City Council’s Public Safety and Public Health and Human Services Committees to hold hearings on the findings and recommendations of the “Blueprint for a Safer Philadelphia.” It also authorized the committees to seek advice and recommendations on ways to reduce and eliminate crime affecting Philadelphia’s youth, including gun violence.
