Amending Section 14-1611 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Benjamin Franklin Parkway Controls," by amending certain provisions of the Special Height Control District for the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and by making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted measure amended Philadelphia’s street rules to prohibit new curb cuts within 65 feet of residential property when they would provide vehicle or delivery-truck access from a city street to an Area Shopping Center District lot of at least 625,000 square feet.
Amending Title 11 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Streets," by prohibiting the construction or establishment of curb cuts for vehicular access to certain shopping areas, under certain terms and conditions.
