This enacted ordinance continued the Port Richmond Industrial Development Enterprise (PRIDE) Neighborhood Improvement District through December 31, 2012, in the area generally bounded by Tulip Street, Allegheny Avenue, Amber Street, and Venango Street.

This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s Health Code to require food establishments that sell non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food to ensure that people preparing the food wear protective gloves and a suitable head covering or hair restraint.
