Amending Section 19-2602 of The Philadelphia Code, which requires every person engaging in businesses within the City of Philadelphia to obtain a business privilege license, by authorizing duly designated employees of the Philadelphia Parking Authority ("Authority") to assist in the enforcement of that Section by inspecting businesses to see if the required license has been obtained, and reporting the results of such inspections to the Department of Licenses and Inspections for further action, and delegating to the Authority the power to carry out such function, all under certain terms and conditions.
