(the "Trust"), under which, in turn, from time to time, the Trust has entered into sub-subleases with third parties who have restored historic houses and other properties in Fairmount Park in exchange for long-term leases, under certain provisions.

This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Housing and Commerce directors to apply for and accept federal and state grants for housing and community development, including programs for affordable housing, homelessness, housing for people with AIDS, blight prevention, and neighborhood revitalization.
