This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s payroll-deduction rules to add the United Service Organizations of Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey, also known as Liberty USO, to the list of designated payees.
Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Payroll Deductions," to add the United Service Organizations to the list of designated payees to whom an employee may direct payroll deductions; all under certain terms and conditions.

The enacted ordinance creates the Oregon Avenue Business Corridor District, covering specified portions of Oregon Avenue, 3rd Street, 15th Street, Packer Avenue, and the 3300 block of South Galloway Street.
Amending Section 9-206 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Neighborhood Business Districts," by creating the Oregon Avenue Business Corridor District; all under certain terms and conditions.
