Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," by eliminating previously designated vendor locations on the East side of 5th Street, from Market Street to Ludlow Street and from Ranstead Street to Chestnut Street; by adding to the list of locations that shall not be designated for vending both sides of 5th Street, from Market street to Ludlow street, and Market street, from Fourth street to Fifth street; and by designating additional vendor locations on the east side of 5th Street, between Ranstead street and Chestnut street.

This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s farmers’ market rules to allow a farmers’ market on the sidewalk and west curb lane along the west side of North 12th Street between Cuthbert Street and Arch Street.
Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding as a permissible location the west side of North 12th Street from Cuthbert Street to Arch Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
