The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that vacate the legally open western 12-foot portion of Thirty-Second Street between Glenwood Avenue and near Master Street.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 121 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of the westerly twelve feet wide portion of Thirty-Second Street from Glenwood Avenue to a point approximately twelve feet south of the southerly side of Master Street produced and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes and a right-of-way for drainage purposes within portions of the portion of Thirty-Second Street being stricken and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said rights-of-way; all under certain terms and conditions.

The enacted bill revises the City Plan by vacating Delaware Avenue between Robbins Street and Levick Street while preserving rights-of-way for sewers, drainage, water mains, and other public utilities, including a drainage route toward the Delaware River.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 278 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Delaware Avenue from Robbins Street to Levick Street, reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes, water main purposes, and public utility purposes within the lines of Delaware Avenue being stricken, placing on the City Plan a right-of-way reserved for drainage purposes extending from the southeasterly side of Delaware Avenue, southwest of Levick Street, southeastwardly to the Pierhead Line of the Delaware River, and relocating the curblines of Levick Street, from Barnett and Elbridge Streets to Delaware Avenue, thereby increasing the cartway width of said Levick Street; all under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted ordinance authorizes Liberty/Parkway 8th & Walnut, LP, or its designee, to build and maintain a marquee and parts of a building and façade that extend over the sidewalks near the southwest corner of 8th and Walnut Streets, including along Walnut Street toward 9th Street and along 8th Street toward Locust Street.
Authorizing Liberty/Parkway 8th & Walnut, LP ("LPLP"), or its designee, to construct, use and maintain a marquee attached to the proposed building to be located at the southwest corner of 8th and Walnut Streets and projecting over the footways of 8th and Walnut Streets; and authorizing LPLP or its designee to construct, use and maintain an upper linear building and façade encroachment over the south footway of Walnut Street between 8th Street and 9th Street and an upper level linear building and façade encroachment over the west footway of 8th Street between Walnut Street and Locust Street; all under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted bill changes Philadelphia’s commercial zoning rules for the south side of Walnut Street.
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to "Zoning and Planning," by amending Chapter 14-300, entitled "Commercial Districts," by amending Section 14-305(7)(e)(.2)(.b) by exempting certain corner lots from the application thereof, under certain terms and conditions; and amending the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within the area bounded by Walnut Street, 8th Street, Locust Street, and 9th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
