City Council adopted a resolution recognizing and honoring Denise Nakano of NBC 10 in Philadelphia for her professional excellence and reporting of the two-part investigative series “Heroin Epidemic.” The series received the 2015 Emmy Award from the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in the Crime News category.
