City Council adopted a resolution also naming Kimball Street between 6th and 7th Streets as “Theresa Pozzi Way.” The honorary name recognizes Theresa Pozzi, a longtime Philadelphia resident who worked at the Betsy Ross House and was killed in a hit-and-run crash.
