This adopted resolution approves a Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority contract to redevelop and carry out urban renewal at 3741 Aspen Street in the Mantua Urban Renewal Area.
Approving the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Mantua Urban Renewal Area, identified by house number and street address as 3741 Aspen street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Nicholas Coombs and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.

The adopted resolution authorizes the City to transfer conditional ownership of the vacant, City-owned property at 545 North Vodges Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority without payment.

This enacted ordinance adds alternatives to polystyrene foam—including expanded and extruded polystyrene—to the products Philadelphia’s Procurement Department should purchase when the price is reasonably competitive and the quality is adequate.
