The enacted bill adds to Philadelphia’s Public Employees Retirement Code a requirement that the Board of Pensions and Retirement conduct a stress test of the Retirement System at least once each year.
Amending Title 22 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Public Employees Retirement Code," by codifying the Pension Board's preexisting policy and practice to perform an annual stress test of the Retirement System in accordance with industry standards, all under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted ordinance authorizes the Water Commissioner to enter into an agreement designating the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority as the City’s agent for adding Water Department-identified green stormwater infrastructure to certain City and PRA construction and improvement projects.
