The enacted measure amends Philadelphia’s fair criminal record screening rules to define exoneration and prohibit City agencies and private employers from rejecting applicants or employees based on convictions that resulted in exoneration.
Amending Chapter 9-3500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Fair Criminal Record Screening Standards," to add provisions regarding the consideration of convictions that result in exoneration and make related technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

This lapsed bill would have extended the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development’s existence for 50 years from the date the amendment was approved by Pennsylvania’s Secretary of the Commonwealth.
Adopting an Amendment to Section V of the Articles of Incorporation of the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development by increasing the Authority's term of existence to a date fifty years from the date of approval of Articles of Amendment by the Secretary of the Commonwealth, under certain terms and conditions.
