This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain properties in an area bounded by Burholme Avenue, Napfle Avenue, Hartel Avenue, Hasbrook Avenue, Central Avenue, and Shelmire Avenue (Extended).
To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Burholme Avenue, Napfle Avenue, Burholme Avenue, Hartel Avenue, Hasbrook Avenue, Central Avenue and Shelmire Avenue (Extended).

The enacted measure creates a three-member Malt and Brewed Beverage Hearing Board within the Department of Licenses and Inspections to handle City approval requests for permits to sell beer and malt beverages for off-premises consumption.
Amending Chapter 9-2900 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Take-Out Sale Of Malt And Brewed Beverages," by creating the Malt and Brewed Beverage Hearing Board and revising the fee and procedures for the request for City approval of a permit to sell malt or brewed beverages for off-premises consumption, and amending Section 20-304 of The Philadelphia Code, to provide for the compensation of the Hearing Board; all under certain terms and conditions.
