This bill amends a previous ordinance to continue a housing plan that helps with affordable housing, home repairs, and neighborhood improvements. The plan is financed by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, which will issue bonds to pay for these programs. The city will pay back the costs of the plan through a service agreement.

This bill adds protections against employment discrimination for victims of human trafficking in Philadelphia. It amends the city's Fair Practices Ordinance to prevent employers from discriminating against job applicants or employees based on their status as human trafficking victims. This change affects employers and human trafficking victims in the city.
Amending Chapter 9-1100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Fair Practices Ordinance: Protections Against Unlawful Discrimination," to add protections against employment discrimination on the basis of human trafficking victim status, all under certain terms and conditions.
