Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Payroll Deductions" by adding a new provision to allow for payroll deductions by Philadelphia Firefighters for insurance premiums paid to the Hartford Life Insurance Company.

SECTION 1. Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§19-203. Payroll Deductions.

(10) Payroll deductions may be authorized by City employees who are Philadelphia Firefighters for insurance premiums to be paid to the Hartford Insurance Company for insurance policies issued.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
