Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 970348) approved July 1, 1997, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 of an area bounded by Poplar street, Twelfth street, Parrish street and Watts street, by revising the lines and grades of Ogden street from Watts street to Thirteenth street and by striking from the City Plan and vacating Myrtle street from Twelfth street to Watts street, all under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City of the unopened portions of the widened portions of Ogden street," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 970348) approved July 1, 1997 is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law]

by December 31, 2000.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
