THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Sidewalk Sales,” is amended to read as follows:

§9-205. Sidewalk Sales.

(8) Prohibited Conduct. No person or vendor shall:

(p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain:

(. ) 2200 and 2300 blocks of Cross street.

(. ) 2300 block of Wilder street.

(. ) 2300 block of Gerritt street.

(. ) 2200 block of Greenwich street.

(. ) 1400-1600 blocks of South Twenty-third street.

(. ) 1400 and 1500 blocks of South Twenty-fourth street.
