This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit people and vendors from displaying, offering, or selling goods, or leaving sales stands, at specified street blocks in the area bounded by Reed Street, Twenty-first Street, Morris Street, and Twenty-fifth Street. The restrictions affect sidewalk vendors and other people selling merchandise at those locations.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales" by prohibiting sidewalk sales at various locations within the area bounded by Reed street, Twenty-first street, Morris street, and Twenty-fifth street, under certain terms and conditions.
