THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to "Zoning and Planning,” is hereby amended by amending Chapter 14-100, entitled "General Provisions,” by amending Chapter 14-300, entitled "Commercial Districts,” by amending Chapter 14-500, entitled "Industrial Districts" and by amending Chapter 16-1600, entitled "Miscellaneous,” all by amending various provisions related to penal and correction facilities as follows:
