THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2001 from the Grants Revenue Fund to the General Fund.
