The enacted ordinance authorized the transfer of $10,153,459 from Philadelphia’s Grants Revenue Fund to the General Fund for Fiscal Year 2001. The money was allocated to the Mayor’s Office, the Department of Recreation and Fairmount Park Commission, the Department of Licenses and Inspections for demolitions, and the City Planning Commission.

Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2001 from the Grants Revenue Fund, the Director of Finance - Provision for Other Grants to the General Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions.
