Amending Bill No. 000003, adopting a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2001-2006 inclusive, and amending Bill No. 000004, adopting a Fiscal 2001 Capital Budget, each to provide authorization of certain capital repairs, renovations and replacements to Veterans Stadium as part of said Capital Program and Fiscal 2001 Capital Budget.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 3. The renovations shall mean the capital repairs, restorations and replacements to be made to Veterans Stadium by or on behalf of the City of Philadelphia set forth in that certain Veterans Stadium Capital Improvement Project Summary attached hereto as Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof.
SECTION 4. The Chief Clerk of Council shall keep on file and make available for public inspection all Exhibits referenced in this Ordinance.
SECTION 5. Bracketed language in this Ordinance indicates deletions from the referenced ordinances; italicized language indicates insertions to said ordinances.
