This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s six-year Capital Program for 2001–2006 and the Fiscal 2001 Capital Budget to authorize capital repairs, renovations, restorations, and replacements at Veterans Stadium. It authorized $40 million for the work in Fiscal 2001 and $80 million over the 2001–2006 Capital Program period.

Amending Bill No. 000003, adopting a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2001-2006 inclusive, and amending Bill No. 000004, adopting a Fiscal 2001 Capital Budget, each to provide authorization of certain capital repairs, renovations and replacements to Veterans Stadium as part of said Capital Program and Fiscal 2001 Capital Budget.
