Amending Section 4 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990534) approved November 19, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing Filbert Street Associates, L.P. 150 North Broad street, Philadelphia, PA 19102-1424, owner of the property bounded by Twelfth street, Thirteenth street, Filbert street and Cuthbert street, to construct and maintain various building footings under the abutting footways of Filbert street and Cuthbert street; all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 4 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990534) approved on November 19, 1999, is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 4.
The permission granted to Filbert Street Associates, L.P. to construct building footings into and under the south footway of Cuthbert street between Twelfth street and Thirteenth street, and building footings into and under the north footway of Filbert street between Twelfth street and Thirteenth street shall expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if Filbert Street Associates, L.P. has not entered into the Agreement and satisfied all requirements of the Agreement that are listed in Section 2 [within one (1) year after this Ordinance becomes law]
by December 31, 2001

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
