It extended the deadline for the company to enter into the required agreement and meet its conditions to December 31, 2001, and required a $200 payment to the City Treasury within 60 days after the ordinance became law.

Amending Section 4 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990534) approved November 19, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing Filbert Street Associates, L.P. 150 North Broad street, Philadelphia, PA 19102-1424, owner of the property bounded by Twelfth street, Thirteenth street, Filbert street and Cuthbert street, to construct and maintain various building footings under the abutting footways of Filbert street and Cuthbert street; all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein.
