THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
(a) Placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way that will be one hundred ten (110) feet wide and variable width, for drainage purposes, water purposes and public utility purposes, further described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeast side of Pattison avenue (one hundred and twenty feet wide), at a distance of one thousand two hundred and seventy nine feet southeast of the southeast side of Broad street (three hundred feet wide); THENCE extending northeastwardly on a line at right angles to said Pattison avenue the distance of eight hundred and forty six feet to a point; THENCE extending southeastwardly on a line parallel with said Pattison avenue the distance of one hundred and ten feet to a point; THENCE extending southwestwardly on a line at right angles to said Pattison avenue the distance of eight hundred and sixteen feet to a point; THENCE extending on a line at the angle of one hundred and thirty five degrees deflected to the left from the previous course, the distance of forty two feet to a point on the northeast side of said Pattison avenue; THENCE extending northwestwardly along the northeast side of said Pattison avenue the distance of one hundred and forty feet to the first mentioned point and place of beginning.
(b) Placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way that will be fifty (50) feet wide, for drainage purposes, and public utility purposes, further described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeast side of Tenth street (one hundred and eight feet wide), at the distance of eight hundred and forty one feet southwest of the southwest side of Packer avenue (one hundred and twenty feet wide); THENCE extending southwestwardly on a line at the angle of sixty degrees, deflected to the right from the northwesterly line of said Tenth street, extended, the distance of two hundred and thirty feet to a point; THENCE extending on a line at the angle of one hundred and sixty five degrees deflected to the right from the previous course, the distance of two hundred and twenty seven feet to a point; THENCE extending on a line at the angle of one hundred and thirty five degrees deflected to the right from the previous course, the distance of one hundred and ten feet to a point; THENCE extending on a line at the angle of ninety degrees deflected to the left from the previous course, the distance of fifty feet to a point; THENCE extending on a line at the angle of ninety degrees deflected to the left from the previous course, the distance of one hundred and thirty one feet to a point; THENCE extending on a line at the angle of one hundred and thirty five degrees deflected to the left from the previous course, the distance of two hundred and fifty five feet to a point; THENCE extending on a line at the angle of one hundred and sixty five degrees deflected to the left from the previous course, the distance of one hundred and fifty feet to a point; THENCE extending on a line at the angle of one hundred and fifty degrees deflected to the left from the previous course, the distance of one hundred feet to the first mentioned point and place of beginning.
(c) Placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way that will be approximately eighty-eight (88) feet wide, for drainage purposes, water purposes and public utility purposes, further described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwest side of Tenth street (one hundred and eight feet wide), at the distance of one thousand two hundred and twenty seven feet southwestwardly from the southwest side of Packer avenue (one hundred and twenty feet wide); THENCE extending southwestwardly along the northwest side of said Tenth street the distance of eighty eight feet to a point; THENCE extending northwestwardly on a line at right angles to said Tenth street the distance of four hundred and fifty three feet to a point; THENCE extending northeastwardly on a line parallel with said Tenth street the distance of eighty eight feet to a point; THENCE extending southwestwardly on a line at right angles to said Tenth street the distance of four hundred and fifty three feet to the first mentioned point and place of beginning.
