This enacted bill authorizes the Board of Surveyors in the Department of Streets to add three contiguous rights-of-way to City Plan No. 44-S near Pattison Avenue, Eleventh Street, and Tenth Street between Pattison Avenue and Packer Avenue. The rights-of-way are designated for drainage, water, and public utility purposes, and their legal descriptions may be revised after an official survey.

Authorizing the placing on City Plan No. 44-S of three (3) certain contiguous rights-of-way, for drainage purposes, water purposes and public utility purposes, collectively extending from the intersection of Pattison avenue and Eleventh street in a northeasterly, easterly and southeasterly direction, and intersecting with Tenth street between Pattison avenue and Packer avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
