Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to purchase from Jane W. Hoff, Henry R. Waddington, and Robert Waddington, in consideration for $335,000, fee simple title to a certain parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon situated on the Northwest side of Algon Avenue at Fox Chase Road, more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.

SECTION 2. The parcel described in Exhibit A shall, upon acquisition by the City, be incorporated into Pennypack Park under the jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission.

SECTION 3. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.
