Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on portions of Chestnut and Market Streets between 55th and 58th Streets, portions of 56th and 57th Streets in the area between Walnut and Arch Streets, and Ludlow Street between 57th and 58th Streets.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

( ) Market Street between Fifty-fifth and Fifty-eighth Streets;
( ) Fifty-sixth Street, between Walnut and Arch Streets;

( ) Ludlow Street, between Fifty-seventh and Fifty-eighth Streets.
