This enacted measure amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vendors from displaying or selling goods, or leaving sales stands, on specified portions of Chestnut, Market, 56th, 57th, and Ludlow Streets. The restrictions apply to the listed street segments between 55th and 58th Streets and between Walnut and Arch Streets.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on portions of Chestnut and Market Streets between 55th and 58th Streets, portions of 56th and 57th Streets in the area between Walnut and Arch Streets, and Ludlow Street between 57th and 58th Streets.
