THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Bill No. 050203 (approved June 2, 2005) is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect [December 31, 2005]

June 30, 2006.
