THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS.

§9-205. Sidewalk Sales.

(8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall:

(p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain:

( ) Both sides of Stokley Street, between Hunting Park Avenue and Westmoreland Street.

( ) Southern side of Hunting Park Avenue between Stokley Street and 24th Street.
