This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vendors from displaying, offering, or selling goods on both sides of Stokley Street between Hunting Park Avenue and Westmoreland Street. It also prohibits those activities on the south side of Hunting Park Avenue between Stokley Street and 24th Street.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting sidewalk sales on portions of Stokley Street and Hunting Park Avenue.
