Amending Section 19-1204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Books and Records," and Section 19-1205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Claim Checks and Parking Stickers," by no longer requiring the retention of claim check stubs, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 19 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

[(b) Copies of all claim checks issued in connection with all transactions for each parking facility.]
