This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s parking tax rules by removing the requirement for parking facility operators to keep copies of claim checks and claim check stubs. Operators must still retain other required books, records, and daily record sheets for six years after the year of the transaction.

Amending Section 19-1204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Books and Records," and Section 19-1205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Claim Checks and Parking Stickers," by no longer requiring the retention of claim check stubs, all under certain terms and conditions.
