To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps, by changing the zoning designations of land located within an area bounded by Pennsylvania Avenue, Twentieth Street, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and Twenty-first Street from partly Class "REC" Recreational and partly Class "R-15" Residential to a single designation of Class "REC" Recreational, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-103 of The Philadelphia Code, the Philadelphia Zoning Maps are hereby amended by changing the zoning designations of the land located within an area bounded by Pennsylvania Avenue, Twentieth Street, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and Twenty-first Street from partly Class "Recreational" and partly Class "R-15" Residential, to a single designation of Class "Recreational".
