To amend the Institutional Development District Master Plan of Holy Family University by allowing for the construction of a new student residence building and a student center expansion and a new parking garage and a new business school all in the confines of the campus located at the northeast corner of Frankford and Grant Avenues.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-1107 (c) of The Philadelphia Code, The
Institutional Development District Master Plan of Holy Family University
is hereby amended by allowing for the construction of a 5-story 125,000 square foot structure to be used as a student residence housing for 350 students. It is further amended to allow for the construction of a 2-story 80,000 square foot student center expansion and a 4-story parking garage that will contain 474 parking spaces and a 4-story 60,000 square foot structure to be used as a new Business school. All as set forth in attached Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. The Exhibit to this Bill shall be kept on file with the Chief Clerk's Office and shall be made available for inspection during regular office hours.
