It allows construction of a five-story residence for 350 students, an expanded student center, a four-story garage with 474 parking spaces, and a four-story business school building.
To amend the Institutional Development District Master Plan of Holy Family University by allowing for the construction of a new student residence building and a student center expansion and a new parking garage and a new business school all in the confines of the campus located at the northeast corner of Frankford and Grant Avenues.
