Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on Broad Street between Jefferson Street and Norris Street on both sides and on Cecil B. Moore Avenue between 18th Street and 12th Street on both sides.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
