This enacted measure prohibits vendors from displaying, offering, or selling goods, or leaving vending stands, on both sides of Broad Street between Jefferson Street and Norris Street and on both sides of Cecil B. Moore Avenue between 18th Street and 12th Street. It affects sidewalk vendors and other people selling goods in those specified areas.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on Broad Street between Jefferson Street and Norris Street on both sides and on Cecil B. Moore Avenue between 18th Street and 12th Street on both sides.
