Amending Bill No. 070443 (approved by Council on June 14, 2007 and signed by the Mayor on July 3, 2007), entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Office for Community Development, 222 N. 17th Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19103, to construct, own and maintain raised planter clusters atop the sidewalks of the 2400, 2500 and 2600 blocks of Kensington Avenue, under certain terms and conditions," by authorizing an extension in the time in which the Archdiocese must perform its obligations under the Ordinance, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS
:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of Bill No. 070443 (approved by Council on June 14, 2007 and signed by the Mayor on July 3, 2007) is hereby amended to read as follows (

The permission granted to the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Office for Community Development, to construct, own and maintain the raised planter clusters described in Section 1 shall expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Office for Community Development, has not entered into an Agreement and satisfied all requirements of the Agreement that are listed in Section 3 of this Ordinance within
one (1) year
two (2) years
after this Ordinance becomes law.
