THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-604 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 9-604. Refuse Collection.

(5) Private Garbage Collection.

(b) No Garbage Collection License shall be issued unless the applicant:

(.2) pays an annual license fee of [fifty (50.00) dollars]

five hundred dollars ($500.00)

for the Garbage Collection License;

(b) No Waste Collection License shall be issued unless the applicant:
