This enacted measure increases the annual license fees for private garbage collection, private waste collection, and recyclable material collection licenses in Philadelphia. Each fee rises from $50 to $500 for businesses or individuals required to obtain these licenses.

Amending Section 9-604 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Refuse Collection," by increasing the annual license fee for the various licenses required by that Section, including the Private Garbage Collection License, the Waste Collection License, and the Recyclable Material Collection License, all under certain terms and conditions.
