Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia is hereby authorized to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development (PAID), a parcel of land located at 1628 Fitzwater Street, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A,” for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.

SECTION 2. The instruments and documents necessary to effectuate the transaction authorized by this Ordinance shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor deems necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.

SITUATE

in the 30th Ward of the City of Philadelphia, described according to a Plan of Subdivision of Property made for Julian Rubenfeld by Lewis C. Jones, Surveyor and Regulator of the 2nd District, dated April 10, 1963, to wit:

BEGINNING

at a point of intersection formed by the Southerly side of Fitzwater Street (50 feet wide) and the Westerly side of Chadwick Street (30 feet wide).

CONTAINING

in front or breadth Westwardly along said Fitzwater Street 16 feet 0 inches and extending of that width in length or depth Southwardly between parallel lines 52.625 feet. The Easterly line passing along the said Westerly side of Chadwick Street. The Westerly line passing through a wall.

BEING Known and Numbered 1628 Fitzwater Street
