The enacted ordinance authorizes the City of Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to convey a parcel of City-owned land at 1628 Fitzwater Street to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development. The authority may then convey the parcel further, under terms and conditions intended to protect the City’s interests.
