Full text

WHEREAS, It is the intent of Council herein to newly authorize all actions previously authorized in Bill No. 080205 (approved April 21, 2008); now, therefore

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to acquire by purchase, dedication, donation, condemnation, or agreement in lieu of condemnation the beds of Delaware Avenue and Buckius Street to be opened pursuant to Bill No. 110648, as are more fully described in Exhibit “A” to that Ordinance.

SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary or appropriate to protect the interests of the City.
