This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to acquire the land underlying certain portions of Delaware Avenue and Buckius Street. The acquisition may occur through purchase, dedication, donation, condemnation, or an agreement instead of condemnation, with the City Solicitor authorized to approve the necessary documents.
